02. How do I choose a location?
I’m happy to help! Take a look at my favorite locations for inspiration, or tell me about the setting you love. Whether you’re drawn to trees, open fields or downtown charm, we’ll choose a spot that suits your vision. Some private locations require advance arrangements.
03. What should we wear?
Choose outfits that feel comfortable and reflect your style. Coordinating colors photograph beautifully without everyone needing to match. Soft neutrals, subtle patterns and complementary tones are a great place to start. If you’re unsure, we can talk through ideas before your session.
04. What if we feel awkward in front of the camera?
You don’t need any experience or practiced poses. I’ll offer gentle guidance and simple prompts throughout your session, giving you time to settle in, move around, and be yourself.

05. What if my children don’t cooperate?
Little ones don’t have to sit still and smile the entire time. There’s room for movement, cuddles and a little silliness. Some of the sweetest photos happen when children have the freedom to be themselves.
06. Can we include something personal in our photos?
Absolutely! A senior’s instrument or animal, a favorite family blanket or something that represents a hobby can make your photos more meaningful. Let me know what you’re considering so we can work it into the session.
07. What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
We’ll stay in touch as your session approaches. If the weather makes it difficult to photograph comfortably, we’ll discuss options and make a plan together.
08. How many photos will I receive?
The number of included digital images depends on your collection. Family and senior sessions include an online proof gallery where you’ll choose your favorites. We’ll review what’s included before you book.
